Huh, this looks like it could have been interesting:
It's a shame it was cancelled, since the idea of an open world game set in the series universe would have been great for fans of the show wanting to explore and recreate some of their favourite episodes. And maybe also a nice respite after the horrors of the crappy N64 era games based on the series.
