Congrats to that person & hope they step forward. I really think they should change the rules for the lotto though. Nobody needs 2.6 billion. Why not divide it into smaller lumps & make it easier to win? It's hard to match one ball then they expect you to match all? I feel it could help the people so much more if there were smaller payouts.
