Along with the Switch 2 release there was a new update to the game and we got some new Gadget items and a few gear kits that were previously only available during festivals are now unlockable by purchasing them with Donpa Tickets. Here's the patch notes from Sega's official website.

I finally got a S rank on Sonic Speed in Kronos Island! I've pretty much given up on getting A ranks in Super Sonic Speed so I've been trying to beat my best times in Time Trial on Sonic Speed. I'm also one step closer to being done with the Super Sonic Grand Prix.

Now, I’d like to talk about Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds.
It has received high ratings, scoring over 80 on Metascore at “Metacritic” and earning an "Overwhelmingly Positive*1" rating on Steam's customer reviews. We recently announced that worldwide cumulative sales have surpassed 1 million units. However, initial performance did not meet our expectations, and we are aiming to sell approximately another 1 million units within this fiscal year. We aim to sustain long-term sales by encouraging players to enjoy the game over time through the continued support of the title including ongoing release of additional downloadable content.

Honestly if they will drop the price I bet more people will buy it. Now I'm a die hard Sonic fan so I paid the full price for the Deluxe edition but not everyone is like me lol. It's still disappointing to see this.
