Space driving game

Would anyone ever want to play or see a driving game take place in space? (rainbow road mario kart doesn't count)

I mean technically the Star Wars racing games would count as space racing considering they take place on other planets.

I think a space driving game could be fun if there is a good space-themed storyline, aliens, cool space vehicles, and unique gameplay.
