Starting Tales of Destiny for the first time.

Hey all. I'm starting my first play through of Tales of Destiny for the PS1. I've never played this before. To top it off, I had a N64 into a OG Xbox into a 360. I never got the chance to REALLY play JRPGs when it mattered. So I wanted some opinions and advice.

And, I know I can google everything now... But where's the fun in that? I wanted to ask the gaming community like the good-old bad days.

So, anything I should know or be aware of, folks?

I really enjoyed it. My only real complaint is that the random encounter rate can be a bit too high at times. Especially in the later dungeons where they can get a bit labyrinthian. So you’re wandering back and forth to figure out where to go, and get attacked every couple steps.

Haven't played it either, but I hear it is fun.
