Steal is a 2026 show created by Sotiris Nikitas. It's about a stock broker being caught up in a heist, and having to retrieve the money in order to save her job. At least, that's what I think the premise is.
Steal is the worst kind of show to review, as it's just…generic. The characters are the personalities of wooden archetypes, the story is as deep as a puddle, and the filmmaking is very unremarkable.
There's not much to say here, everything boils down to they did the bare minimum to qualify as a show and did nothing else to go above.
It's not trash, but it's also nowhere near interesting or exciting.
It's the most January release you could possibly have. Nothing but mediocrity for an entire month.
Let's hope February delivers.
