SNES Still have a Super Nintendo?

We did have one, but I think my brother took it. One of these days I might get myself another one to relive classic glory days.

My two brothers and I pulled our money together one year to get one when we were kids. Well, my younger brother said he still has it in his attic and he wanted to know who wanted it. He said he would have liked for it to stay in the family. My hubby and I decided we would wanted. I remember all the games that we played on it and I'm going to love reliving some of my childhood memories.

make sure you have a CRT TV, flatscreen does not do the old games justice.

Games we owned:
Super Mario World
Mario Kart
Donkey Kong Country
Wing Commander
Sim City
Mario Paint
Doom
Hole in One Golf
Mortal Kombat 3
plus others......

Games we rented:
NBA Jam
Turtles in Time
Top Gear
plus others.......

I still have my childhood SNES in my closet.

Games:
Super Mario World
Yoshi's Island
Plok! (fantastic OST for this gem of a game)
Nosferatu (uses the Prince of Persia engine, looks great)
Primal Rage
Fatal Fury 2
Donkey Kong Country
Donkey Kong Country 2
Paper Boy 2
Mortal Kombat
Mortal Kombat 3
Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 (got this one well around the time the GBA was out)
Mickey Mania: The timeless adventure of Mickey Mouse
Super Mario Kart (I somehow did everything in this game as an 8 year old)

I think these are all the game I own, I also remember some football game and a truck racing game which I didn't really like for obvious reasons.

Once I get this from my brother, I'm interested in getting to play some of these games from my childhood. So many memories....

I didn't know there was such a thing but now that you mention it, it doesn't surprise me. You can by just about anything on Ebay these day.

apparently most old consoles have one made by some 3rd party maker, you just need a hybrid machine and you got all the classic games at your hands.

Well, I now have the Super NES at my house that I share with my brothers. I'll have to see if I can get my hubby to hook it up to the tv. I want to play it so bad.
