Sorry but I'm not going to listen to someone who's painting LGBTQ people as evil, let alone for two hours. That second thumbnail just screams "LGBTQ people are evil." Yes Nintendo is a terrible company, because they go after ROM hackers and fan game creators as well as companies that happen to make games somewhat similar but not outright a carbon copy of their games. But DEI programs are not terrible practices. They're in place to protect minorities from being fired for being harassed at work. People claim it's to help companies hire more minorities, but that's not the case. (BTW the reason why I brought that up is because of the title of the second video.) Jennifer is just doing her job, it's Nintendo that tells her to go after ROM hackers or fan game creators. That doesn't make her evil lol. It's Nintendo that is evil.
 
I'm sure you're aware that the practice of downloading roms is still very much illegal, and the sole reason why Nintendo were going after some of them is because they were pirating Switch games. If Nintendo weren't doing it, then Sony were. If not Sony, Microsoft. You don't see any of them being okay with downloading Playstation or OG Xbox games. That doesn't make them "evil" whatsoever.

Honestly, I’ve never been a fan of how Nintendo and Pokémon shut down fan projects. Dragging DEI into this doesn’t make sense. The real problem is how ruthless they are with legal stuff, even against harmless fan games.

That's not why they're evil lol. Yeah piracy is bad, they have every right to go after people for downloading Switch games but they should not have the right to go after fan made projects or rom hacks of old games. That's why people see Nintendo as a bad company. They aren't going to lose money over someone making a hack of Pokemon Red or Crystal.

You are most likely not understanding what I am talking about in this topic, you'd have to watch the videos by Legal Mindset to get a grasp on what this is about!

What I am going to tell you is:
This is not about Nintendo, this is not about piracy, this is not about intellectual property, copyright, trademark, patents, this is about Jennifer Liu's extremely toxic involvement with the The Pokémon Company International, and how she is acting on extremely bad faith with litigation that intend to destroy much smaller companies, while draining TPCi's own funds for litigation, without the knowledge of 株式会社ポケモン KabushikiGaishaPokemon, and we are exposing this extremely dangerous conduct with hopes that the Japanese Pokemon Company (株式会社ポケモン KabushikiGaishaPokemon) learns about this, and takes swift and harsh actions to put a stop to this!

I will tell you again:
This is not about Nintendo, this is not about piracy, this is not about intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or patents, THIS IS ABOUT JUSTICE!!! THIS IS ABOUT WHAT'S FAIR, AND RIGHT FOR EVERYONE WHO LOVES POKéMON, AND WANTS BETTER POKéMON GAMES MADE!!!! IF THIS KEEPS UP, WE WILL KEEP GETTING THE SAME POKEMON GAMES THAT HAVE BEEN PLAGUING US FOR OVER A DECADE!!!!!!

I summed this up as good as I can, and hope to clear any misunderstanding about what this topic is about, and how you can help with it! We are at war with the Pokémon Company International, and we are at war with Jennifer Liu, the problem person! She is not only hurting the fans and modders, she is hurting the company in more ways you can imagine, all without the knowledge of the Japanese Pokemon Company (株式会社ポケモン KabushikiGaishaPokemon), and they need to know what she is doing, and take swift and harsh (and THEY WILL IF THEY KNOW!!!!) actions against her, so this will stop!

While Jenifer Liu is an authoritarian evil lawyer with her aggressive suing everyone stuff MO. She can't do all that without the approval from the main Pokemon Company and Nintendo in Japan as suing costs a lot of money/legal fees/Legal expenses. So the main Company in Japan and Nintendo as co owner all know/aware of her MO and all the suing. Like Nintendo Japan totally controls Nintendo US, Nintendo US has no real power and Nintendo owns a lot of Pokemon share too and thus Nintendo also controls the Pokemon International Company operation tightly.
Especially stuff this big involving the brand and the astronomical legal expenses, money she needs from the main company and Nintendo to execute her evil deeds. So it will be meaningless to report Liu to the Japanese Pokemon Company as they themselves are the ones approving what she is doing. Also they have auditors auditing all the company's expenses and operation every year in detail, making it totally visible to the main company and Nintendo and all the shareholders on what she is doing.

I mean they kinda can, if it's their IP or something similar they can do whatever they want, sadly.
