Imagine this scenario: Your kids are determined to get to the next level of Halo 5: Guardians on their Xbox One, but you want to watch a movie on the family room TV. Avoid family anguish by lending them your Surface or Surface Book so they can continue the battle in the next room.

Thanks to Windows 10, you can stream your Xbox One games and dashboard to your Surface or Surface Book as long as you stay on the same home network.

Such a cool feature, am I right? :p Are you getting a Surface Pro 3 especially for this?

It looks neat, but not something that sells me on it.

I feel the Surface Pro 3 is kind of overprice if you just plan on using it as a streaming device to play Xbox games.

It probably be cheaper, and more worth it to buy a Windows Desktop PC, or laptop for streaming Xbox games because they will both will be cheaper, or have better performance for the same price. I saw a Tech video that showed Windows tablets slowing down the CPU, and video card when it gets too hot because the cooling systems on tablets is not as good as a full size laptop or gaming laptop.
