Apparently:

The 30-minute Pokémon Radio Show! Rocket-dan Himitsu Teikoku (Pokémon Radio Show! Team Rocket's Secret Empire) show will focus on activities of thePokémon-stealing syndicate's members around the world.

and

The Pokémon anime series' primary Team Rocket trio members Musashi (Jessie; voiced by Megumi Hayashibara in Japanese), Kojirō (James; Shinichiro Miki), and Nyarth (Meowth; Inuko Inuyama) will host the program. The characters will aim to help the Team Rocket mastermind Sakaki (Giovanni) by recruiting new members through the radio show. Each program will feature "Pokémon-raising specialists" who offer advice on raising Pokémon.

Of all the defictionalised stuff in the Pokemon series, this is probably the weirdest thing I've heard about yet.
