The Batman

I'm a huuuuuuge Batman fan and really don't know what to think.
There are certain elements I like and some really dubious.
I'll prolly watch it day 1 tbh as I did with all DC movies.

Read from CBR The batman might be infected with Covid-19:

Following Warner Bros.' announcement that The Batman's production has shut down due to a COVID-19 case, a new report suggests Bruce Wayne actor Robert Pattinson has tested positive for the virus.

According to Vanity Fair, Pattinson tested positive for coronavirus, leading the studio to halt production just days after it restarted. Pattinson's representative has not yet commented, so the actor's condition is unclear at this time, but Warner Bros.' statement confirmed he is currently isolating himself to protect others.
 
Yea just saw the news. This might postpone the production for a while if virus has spread amongst the crew.

DC is currently building an interconnected slate in which projects will feed in and out of the big screen and the small, with films such as James Gunn's The Suicide Squad (Aug. 6) spinning off into the John Cena-led HBO Max series Peacemaker, and Matt Reeves' The Batman (March 4, 2022) spawning its own Gotham-police-department-focused show.

The Batman, is set on an alternate Earth known to geeks as Earth-2, DC is plotting its films and shows to share the same universe. Key to setting up its new status quo will be The Flash (Nov. 4, 2022), which will tackle the multiverse and is said to also lend clarity to the future of the Justice League with multiple Batmen, as well as Supergirl, appearing.

lol and they made Superman evil in the recently released SnyderCut version of JL movie I believe.
