The Cayman Islands pop up as a tax heaven for businesses all the time. You need around about $500k (if I recall correctly) to buy a place of residence there and it allows you to create a bank account/register a company on the island and then you are good to tax dodge for the rest of your life. I watched a documentary on it once, was quite interesting.
It is surprising but not at the same time. The people there pride their hard work over wealth. It's just not something they lament over like other nations. Pride before wealth/money.
