If you still care for the Pokemon Anime,then...
The end of this weeks epsiode showed some new exciting stuff.Here's the order of the major events:
-Ash and Co. arrive at the Kanto region.
-Iris battles Clair (Dragonite vs Shiny Druddigon) and from the looks of it she might win.
-Rayquaza's debut in the BW anime.
-Cilan gets another episode focused on him and he meets Brock.
-Ash's Pokemon have some big/major battle.
-Cilan,Iris,and Ash go their seperate ways,which means the end of the Best Wishes series (9/26/13 in Japan).
-Ash arrives at Lumios City in the Kalos Region looking much MUCH older.
-Ash has some Gym Battle or just a regular battle with a trainer/wild pokemon.
-Froakie appears.
-Ash throws a Pokeball at a Pokemon (most likely Chespin).
-Fennekin appears.Froakie gets shown again using some attack.
-The XY series will debut on 10/17/13 in Japan (5 days after the release of Pokemon X & Y)
