The future of Pokemon

I hope it is, the series needs a challenger, so it becomes better.
 
Pokemon was never in jeopardy, which is why it will never improve. They don't have to make a new game to succeed. They just recycle assets,whole games, and mechanics. Gotta milk them all.
 
I don't think it is, honestly the games sell so well and the main targeted audience are kids. Do I want the games to improve in quality? Of course I do, but will Nintendo allow Game Freak to do so? I hope they will learn from the past mistakes they've made with Scarlet and Violet.
