Yeah, it's OK to say "I'm going to join", but can you also say when you HAVE joined?
By "joined" we actually mean you have been on Mario Kart 7, gone to the online thing, to Communities, to Enter Code and entered the community code.
Saying "I have joined" doesn't necessarily mean you have joined. You need to have literally joined in the game.
