The Sizes of PS5 and Xbox Series X

Looks and the size doesn't matter, right? It's inside and what the hardware t offers. Then again that does look damn small from those images above
 
The size of the Xbox Series X isn't actually quite that bad however I believe the PS5 is far too big. They should do better then to make such a large console. If they can't put in the proper hardware to keep it small then that's quite a shame.

but the xbox console is clearly just a few inches smaller than the Playstation one though
 
I think the few inches of size difference of the PS5 and Xbox Series X probably does not matter for most users. The size difference may matter for a few users, with a small tv table, who plan to put the PS5 horizontally next to their tv, and their small table is too small to fit both their TV and the PS5 on the same table.
 
Yeah, I can't fit the PS5 horizontally on my TV stand. I would have to move the TV to the left and it wouldn't be centered on the stand and that is going to annoy me like hell.

I feel like I'm going to have to set the ps5 pro on top of my stand as it is sure to be just as big. Which will annoy me as well
