The Wrecking Crew is a 2026 film directed by Angel Manuel Soto and stars Jason Momoa and Dave Bautista as brothers who try and solve the murder of their father while fighting the yakuza.
It's also the most Amazon Prime Original film I've ever seen. The story is barebones and largely focused on simply moving from action scene to action scene. The characters are tolerable but bland. More or less, you've seen this film before, and you've read this review before.
I'm only doing this because I need to release a review and unfortunately I still don't known Hytale. So in the meantime, here's everything else you've heard about films like these.
The action scenes weren't bad but they just lack any emotional weight. The villains existed and did everything in their power to simply be as presentable as possible. The same old, same old, it's the kind of film you'd put in the background and half assedly watch when you're bored.
In other words, Amazon Prime has been very consistent in producing the Hallmark of action movies.
