Now that I have a 4K tv I've been hunting for a Ultra player and it has come to my attention that the Xbox S is a player for 4K.

Any of you guys use the feature yet? Any problems with it?

nothing I've seen news wise.

I've not heard anything news wise. But then again, I'm not really into any of the consoles that Microsoft puts out.

I think it is a good idea to wait for the Xbox Scorpio which is a more powerful Xbox One, so you have more choices which is the Xbox One S and Scorpio. The Scorpio may have exclusive games, services, apps, and better performance which you may want.

I think one of the Xbox One S selling point is a 4K Blu-Ray player drive.

I haven't heard any problems with the Xbox One S when it comes to 4K Blu-Ray playback. I think some Xbox One games run slightly faster on the Xbox One S because it is slightly faster than the original Xbox One.

Heard nothing about issues or limitations. And if you want to buy for mainly 4k media consumption then the xbox one s is a great choice. You get the 4k bluray player and a slew of streaming apps (some in 4k). The versatility of it provides great value.
