A hard copy or soft copy, either of it works just fine in my opinion.

Business plan is very crucial for any business no matter how small it is.
I don't look over any small details in any kind of business. They all are of good relevance.
Have any of it overlooked at your own disadvantage.

There's always a good reason to have a back up plan. I won't call it a different plan.

That is true. A back up plan especially when you are not too sure about the initial plan.
You can be 100% sure of the business main plan but still not leave everything in chance and have back up plan.

This is true. Something like government policy can make a lot of changes at the end of the day.
Our government here barely supports small businesses. They want to kill them with unnecessary taxes.
