It is nice that Tomb Raider 1-3 is remastered, so gamers can continue to play Tomb Raider 1-3 on newer consoles.
Dev said the removal was "inadverent" and happened when the team was making "several texture and graphical updates to the HD version".
That just goes to show you, good games never die. I love the TombRader games. I would buy it if I had something to play it on.
Tomb Raider is a nostalgia brand because the games started well and were well received far enough in the past, that they can be remastered like every other 3D adventure IP without problems in poor execution. Tomb Raider is more recognized than indie games or games that try to catch the feel of this series.
