If you live in Texas, they're telling people to prepare now. It's gonna be a hurricane again before it makes landfall.

I live inland, so just rain for me.

We got a lot of rain and wind. There were some areas near me where trees fell down and blocked the roads. Also, a lot of people are still without electricity.

It was supposed to rain where I was, but I guess it went more north than west, so I dodged all the rain. I was actually looking forward to rain.

We probably got about 6-8 inches of rain here. We had power all day Monday, but it got knocked out early Tuesday morning. It finally just came back on smh.

Apparently Spectrum users were affected by the hurricane statewide. Even though San Antonio and Austin are far from the hurricane, Spectrum’s equipment was affected.

Tropical Storm Beryl was indeed a very powerful and destructive storm and this made the headlines in late June and early July 2024.
