Probably an inaccurate way given how things are going. Either tag counts, keywords, or even just impressions on reported content. It would actually look pretty bad if Twitter could actually track all the hate speech on the platform and then just watched how popular it gets instead of moderating it.And how are they tracking that?
Maybe they would decide what they let come up the Tweet feeds and the one's they suppress.
Elon has a lot of money that he can decide to do as he pleases. Twitter will find it difficult going into administration.
He's got no issues with money. I hope he leads well and not destroy the legacy built on Twitter.
From what he's been doing so far, I think he's got his wits about it.
