Found them when searching for Mario Kart 7 glitches on Youtube when bored. They're not exactly useful, but they're definitely hilariously broken:
1. Wuhu Town (battle mode) out of bounds glitch. Someone found that if you hit the fence at the right angle, you go through and end up being treated as out of bounds. Funnier yet, if you hit it right, you can get treated as if you fell off the course... without even leaving it:

I repeat, he hits a wall and 'dies'. How you miss this I don't know.
2. Spectator lag glitch. The game apparently lagged in some weird way online so when he was watching a match in specator mode, it loaded the layout/graphics for the completely wrong level. So he's meant to be watching a race on say Toad Circuit*, but it showed the racers as if they were on SNES Rainbow Road, complete with driving through mid air and falling into pits.

* I have no idea what course it's 'really' meant to be, the graphics/correct track wasn't loaded, so the only hint was the glider section.
Not a big deal in either case, but it's proof the game was rushed, and kind of funny at the same time. What do you think about these useless glitches?
