I had seen this before but I thought it would be fun to post here.

A lady gamer at Etsy, Digitalsoaps, has created soap that is related to video games. I think that these are really neat to look at, I love seeing fan created content and thought I'd share this with you here.

Who doesn't want soap that was inspired by video game games/consoles/controllers?

You mean to say that those games aren't real? Goodness, I'd feel ashamed to rub them on my body...
 
....eh...they look painful. I'd be afraid to soap myself up with that Zelda cartridge...

Apparently you can request smells for them too like Mountain Dew, bubble gum, chocolate, etc.

Anyone want a Mountain Dew scented Pokemon Blue cartridge? Haha!
 
It reminds me more of the colorful edible chocolate shapes than soap......
 
I have one question about this topic. And by this topic, I do not mean the topic of video game soaps, I mean literally this particular group of posts within the forums.... why is this in fan work?

Note the red part. This should be in General Discussion or something.

You know, I saw that under the description for Fan Work as well.

Honestly, I figured it fit under Fan Work because although it is not my personal fan art, it was someone else's hard work and thought it would be more appropriately posted under this thread than General Chat because of the nature of the work. I understand the emphasis on the "you" in your comment but I figured since it was Fan Art, why not put it under that thread versus a thread that has more of a general purpose? I think it is neat to celebrate others hard work they have put into making fan creations that honor video games.

I wouldn't want to stick those in certain places around the bathtub, wouldn't be spreading the memories I love.

Quiet you.

When I first read the topic I was thinking Video Game Soap Operas, but I was pleasantly suprised. That SMB3 one IS the cartridge, I am sure of it.

I don't know... You can definitely see that the label is a thicker card stock and not the sticker!
