Indeed, but the Tycoons should just face the reality of someday oil not being important, and go to College, or tell their spoiled kids to go to College to learn a skill to find a job like the rest of the regular folks who can afford college, or get a loan to go to college.
These days if you have skills, an education, and you're motivated to work, you can earn money like Steve Jobs and Bill Gates were both poor in their younger days (teens to 20s), but they both managed to build two of the biggest companies in the world because they both worked hard, are well educated, and motivated to make computers easy to use.
The oil Tycoons who are unwilling to go back to college, or tell their kids to go back to College to get a job will just be seen as spoiled brats by most of the population who is willing to work, or go to college to find work after college.
