As you all know, when you're connected to Wi-Fi on the Nintendo DS, your connection speed is always visible at the top right of the Nintendo DS Screen (One bar, two bars or Three bars) but when you're connected to Wi-Fi on the Nintendo 3DS, you can only see it when you're on your Home Screen Menu!

This is annoying, because when I'm gaming, I'm never too sure if I have One bar of connection or Three bars. The only way to check (as far as I know) is to go to your Home Screen Menu mid-game and resume your game quickly.

I hate having to do that every 2 minutes! Is there a way to see your connection speed on a Nintendo 3DS without accessing the Home Screen Menu every two minutes?

No, but why do you need to?
Unless you're game keeps disconnecting every few minutes then your connection is obviously strong enough, anyway. There's no need to be paranoid about it.

Well, this is bad news. Maybe when Nintendo physically upgrades the 3DS, which I definitely think they will, they'll add this feature! Even if you have a good connection, if your 3DS cuts out, at least with being able to see your connection speed, you'll be able to know why it cut out in the first place instead of blaming other people online.
