Vita outsells 3DS in Japan?

For one week anyway, the price cut and a new game caused it to sell more than the 3DS did. Here are the respective sales:

• PlayStation Vita – 63,581 (62,543)
• Nintendo 3DS LL – 39,801 (50,265)
• Nintendo 3DS – 21,207 (27,174)
• PlayStation 3 – 19,567 (25,725)
• PSP – 18,023 (11,171)
• Wii U – 9,454 (10,021)
• Wii – 1,363 (1,383)
• Xbox 360 – 738 (486)

See, looks like Sony's price cut there was probably a good idea. Unfortunately for them their US and European branches overlooked this and decided 'price cut unimportant, forget it'.

But yeah, what do you think about this?

Depending on what the price would be cut down to in the US, I would totally buy a PSVita just for P4 (only game I want on it right now).

Im just glad the vita is getting more sales I hope It continues like this so It can actually be good competitor against the 3ds.

I hope some people realize that the PSVita outsold the 3DS upon their launch dates, which led to the 3DS price cut, and for buyers of the original price to be rewarded with sweet downloads.
