Well not really, but both GAME and HMV are apparently selling the game already, street date be damned. And unfortunately for Nintendo, they can pretty much do sod all about it, since the former near enough has a monopoly on the market (kind of like Gamestop in the US).
Add how apparently Tesco are selling it early too (which is the biggest supermarket chain in the country), and the games may as well just be considered 'released' given how easy it is for anyone to now buy them.
