PS5 Well the charging cable is dead already

Man the USBA/USBC cable that came for the PS controller is already dead, won't charge or connect the controller to the system. My original cable for my PS4 still works, guess Sony is getting cheap on the cables.

It is disappointing that the USB cable for your controller already broke. I wonder if Sony is having problems finding quality USB cables to bundle with their PS5.

It's not great that they are going cheap on these cables. Imagine someone that is starting newly will have to activate a warranty and time wasted for a new cable to arrive.

I think it’s really stupid even if it affects a lot of people. It’s not proprietary, and it’s not a mechanical failure. The judges will go tell everyone to go fuck themselves and buy a cable.
