I wasn't sure where to post this, but since I figured that most of us will probably have at least 1 Mario game on their lists, I posted it here. If the mods think it belongs somewhere else, please feel free to move it!

That said, my all-time favorite Nintendo games would be:

1. The Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time 3D (3DS)
2. Super Mario World (SNES)
3. The Legend of Zelda - Link's Awakening (GB/GBC)
4. Mario Kart: Super Circuit (GBA)
5. Super Mario 3D Land (3DS)

At least, for now.

Great lists, everybody!

I gotta say, I have never played Pokémon in my life. I am probably missing out on something, but hey. I keep myself busy with Mario and Zelda.

2. Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Wii)
3. Pokemon Crystal Version (GBC)
4. Super Smash Bros. Melee (GCN)
5. Super Mario Sunshine (GCN)

64 and Sunshine are the best games to freerun in, I love them a lot.

Melee is the best Smash, people who say different have either never played it or they are just simply casuals.

Hard choice first five games that come into mind:

Ocarina of Time
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island (SNES)
Donkey Kong Country 3 : Dixie Kong's Double Trouble (SNES)
Banjo Kazooie
Super Smash Bros Melee
 
The legend of Zelda wind waker (played it on my wii)
Pokemon Emerald
Pokemon Heartgold
The legend of Zelda Skyward sword
Super Mario Galaxy

There may be better games then these but they really made an impact.

I really like a lot of games and their sequels so it was kind of hard to narrow it down to one. I HAD to mention Ouendan 1 and 2, though. I seriously love those games more than anything.
 
I don't know why, but it was really hard for me to choose only five. I guess there are a lot of Nintendo games I love.

Tough choice.... but I have not played many Nintendo games so it might be a little easier for me. My list would be:

5. Super Smash Bros Brawl
