What can Nintendo do to give life to the Wii U

What do you feel Nintendo can do to make the Wii U a worth while console? Games is obvious but with their tablet controller, I'm sure there are ways they could promote the Wii U better.

IMO, they should have just enhanced the Wii Classic controller to be have motion capabilities, etc., and then made a touch feature.

I don't see how that helps as the tablet controller pretty closely resembles that.

A Pokemon game on the Wii U could save it

Not a new game but a remake of a popular one like Emerald.

Also, a third installment to the Pokemon Colosseum series would be a game changer.

A price cut to $199 would bring life to the Wii U since $199 is a price more people can afford to spend on a game console.

Sales will probably increase after they release the games people are waiting for. I know people who bought a Wii U just to play Bayonetta 2. But they need to stop being scared to release more Japanese titles to us, Wii U in Japan is a hit, mostly everything they have they take an open-minded approach to.

Perhaps some of the indie consoles might go lower. But I agree; $50 is probably not going to return to mainstream.

Maybe when more consoles, and other gaming devices(Gaming PC, Faster Tablet and Smartphones) are out, the price will go back down to $50 because competition usually bring down the cost of things to stay competitive.

release price will never go down unless there is more makers like the people behind sly 4 who released their game $20 cheaper to get more buys.

Gas is 21 cents cheaper in Russia than it is in the USA, but it's still really high.

If there are many thousands of Game Makers world wide, the price of games may come down for some games since not every game is worth $60, and some game makers may sell games for $40-50 to attract many more buyers instead of being greedy, and hoping many people buy their game for $60.

They should make games for their "past" games, like Metroid and Strfox. Both series  of the games (I mean that the  games and coics) are good, and well,they must..MUST continue their story. In other words make games of Metroid and Starfox
