well not really, it just looks like bad graphics. i don't like the skull pile up in the middle either, there are way too many there

I haven't seen this one before, but I've seen similar pics before. I know there's at least another one with Yoshi from Super Mario World where Mario jumps off of a Yoshi to get to a coin over a hole.
bottom of the hole are a bunch of Yoshi corpses, implying that this has happened before.
