What is your dream business?

I've stated in another post that I've attempted starting a few different businesses. But I keep coming back to a business that is focused around anime. Originally, it was a retail store. Then an eCommerce, another idea I had was Japanese Tea Cafe. More recently it's an anime studio that focused on producing video games. (There's definitely a trend here!)

Anime studio focused on making video games?
 
I was gonna say, I would love to educate people on how to make games. But I know the Internet can be a great teacher, so I wouldn't know how to monetize it. I want to make and sell streaming hardware for retro consoles, but it would compete with emulators. I think I could start a business if I knew how, but I likely don't have the funds for it or would be able to pay it off.
