What kind of meals do you make

Do you make quick meals from frozen stuff? From scratch? Do you make a full-course meal?

I've done skillet meals and flavored pasta or rice. Sometimes I put things in and out of the oven like fries, chicken, or pizza.

I'll mostly make sandwiches or a frozen thing or two, I need a bigger kitchen for anything else.

I’ve become a bit more diverse in terms of what I can cook now, thanks to some YouTubers I like to watch. Pasta, tacos, burgers, quesadillas etc are my usual go tos.

I can make simple foods but since I have a husband who loves to cook, I'll answer how we, or rather he makes things. He does it from scratch & has a great palate for seasoning "just right". Our favorites are stir-fry as well as chunky tomato soup which doubles as a spaghetti sauce.

With the econmy as of late I have been just making a-lot of cheap stuff. Eg Ramen, Instant Rice Dishes, etc etc

Now when things are going good I love making Curry Chicken Pasta, Jambalaya, Gumbo, Different Etofuees, Burgers, and any new recipe I find that sounds good.

I honestly love to cook .

Curry and rice
Spaghetti Bolognese
Rice Bowl
Enchiladas
Fajitas

I make quick meals a lot especially pizza and sandwiches. I also like cooking burgers, chicken, eggs, and rice.

My hubby is diabetic so everything I make has to revolve around what he can and can't eat. He has all the dietary restrictions while I have no dietary restrictions.
