What mobile device still sticks to your memory?

Flip phone for me. I got one an year ago..a Japanese flip phone and had to pay around 900 pounds including the customs tax.
I could have purchased a new smartphone with that amount (_ _)/

I had a Samsung flip phone back in the days too. It was good phone I must say.

Motorola Razr V3 was one of my old favourites from years ago. It's been 19 years ago when it was released. I bought the phone around December 2004.
