We've already had The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D and Star Fox 64 3D, and we're getting Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D this year, so what other games do you think should get a similar treatment? Personally, I think these titles might benefit a bit from it:
1. Super Paper Mario
Come on, the whole gimmick of the game is that you're going between a 2D world and a 3D one and that you have to figure out where to 'flip dimensions' and go into the background/foreground to bypass impossible obstacles. This game with a real 3D effect would not only look awesome regardless of the view (the game's style would make it look almost like a diorama), but the 3D could also actually affect the gameplay and clue you in on where to change from 2D to 3D view.
Additionally, they could add new stuff like a way to speed up cut scenes, remove some of the more 'annoying' aspects like running on a giant hamster wheel to get in game money and have you use the stylus/touch screen for Tippi's scanning.
2. Wario Land The Shake Dimension
Not only would it help kill time prior to a real Wario Land or WarioWare title being released on the 3DS at some point in the future, but I think the amazing hand drawn graphics would look great in real 3D. Can you imagine how neat it'd be to have this on a handheld?

They could also change the shake controls to more traditional ones like they're doing for Donkey Kong Country Returns, since I'm sure some people didn't like things like having to shake the Wii remote to jump/swing off poles or throw balls and other objects at switches
3. Super Mario Sunshine
It's been said a million times, but we so need a Super Mario Sunshine remake in the style of Super Mario 64 DS. Add Luigi, Yoshi and Wario as playable, add two new Shine Sprites per level, add some new areas/levels/bosses and mini games then top it all off with minor gameplay enhancements like touch screen based FLUDD usage and a map to see things like Blue Coins on.
Voila, one classic even more people will get to play!

4. Kirby's Epic Yarn and Kirby's Return to Dream Land
Not sure which, but I think either could make a nice 'quick' port while Nintendo gets to work on a brand new Kirby game for the console.
And they'd both look very nice in true 3D, right?
5. The Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask
Nothing more to be said here, there's a whole petition/campaign for this one. But I guess it'd make a neat follow up to Ocarina of Time 3D, right?
So those are my choices for older Nintendo games that I think should be given 3DS ports or remakes, what games do you wish were ported over?
