I bought a PS Vita Slim (blue) with the intention of mobile gaming. I have not used it much for lack of memory and a terrible PS Now experience. I am wondering what you guys think I should get to go with it that will give me a great experience.

I would recommend Persona 4 Golden and the danganronpa game series.
I meant physical accessories, but I see that Persona 4 Golden is like the top game right now.
I just bought a silicone case for it and a used 16gb memory card.

I didn't get it because it's anime and I'm not really into anime. Would I like it even though I'm not into anime?
I bought it. It's Borderlands 2. It's the full console version ported to Vita. It's actually pretty awesome! $20

Anime is its style, its mostly a RPG. By day you have to hang out with people to make your power stronger and solve a murder case and by knight you go around a maze fighting monsters and reaching a certain point.

Soul Sacrifice Delta is a 3rd person action game where you relive the memories of a mage through a cursed tome to gain their power and try to escape captivity.
Freedom Wars is a 3rd person game where you're jailed for a heinous crime and have to collect resources and fight enemies to reduce your sentence and earn your freedom.
Gravity Rush is a 3rd person game where you awaken with no memory of your past and get caught up in a murder mystery.
Uncharted: Golden Abyss... it's Uncharted, but portable. If you like the series then give this a shot.
Final Fantasy Dissidia Duodecim... Technically this is a PSP game, but the vita has backwards compatibility for digital titles... So this is definitely worth picking up. (It's kinda expensive but it's a good game that'll last you a long time... 100 hours easy. ) Basic premise is that heroes and villains from all FF games have been sucked into an unknown world to fight a war and are trying to escape.

Binding of Isaac is a good game for the vita too and some one of my friends also recommends the Gravity Rush is also good.

It is an action rpg game, I haven't played it yet but wanted to play it too though.
