CM30, forgive my pedantry, but you are most definitely not in the GMT timezone.
GMT, or "Greenwich Mean Time" is UTC (or UTC+/-0)
The time zone you are in, however, is abbreviated BST (British Summer Time), or more generally WEST (Western European Summer Time), which is actually GMT+1 or UTC+1.
Many people forget about summer time (or daylight savings time in other countries), especially in the US, where people say something starts at 3 pm EST. Do they actually mean 3 pm EST (i.e. 8 pm UTC), or 3 pm (which would be 3 pm in New York, etc)?
Also, I'm in the Western European Summer Time (UTC, or GMT + 1).
