I'm making blueberry muffins now. Not from scratch-- I don't have the patience-- but from a box. I hope they turn out good! I forgot to add in the extra water for high altitude places until after I had already put the batter into the paper cups. :ninja: I sort of drizzled some into each spot and then stirred it around, but I have no idea it it'll work or not.
Last night I made pizza, but, er, not from scratch. Actually, I don't think I make anything from scratch except for maybe omelettes? I don't have the patience.
Just made some spaghetti with pork flavored sauce. Mmmmmm...
Tomorrow, we're going to make our own mozzarella cheese, fresh pizza dough, and sauce out of fresh tomatoes and make entirely home made pizza! Well, aside from the meats of course. I don't think I have the ability to make my own sausage lol
