You know, the one that caused you to start playing games regularly?

For me, it was Super Mario Land. Or more precisely, that double pack that used to sell with Super Mario Land and Super Mario Land 2 Six Golden Coins in one box.

It may have honestly been one of the reasons I've always had a thing for handheld games rather than home console ones, because I never grew up on the Nintendo home consoles until the Nintendo 64 came out.

What was your first game?
 
Mine was Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3, I used to play it on my friends gameboy. Definitely introduced me into a new world and shortly after I got my own handheld which was a Gameboy Advanced and I still have it today. :D

I was born into a family that had an Intellevision by Mattel. My favorite games were SNAFU, Burger Time, Duneons & Dragons: Treasures of Tarmin, Tron: Deadly Discs, and Donkey Kong.I remember when the Nintendo Entertainment System was announced I was like "what's that?" and my father was like "That company that made the Donkey Kong game is making their own system. Good luck to them!"
 
Now this is a hard one. As far as I can remember, it was either the pc version of Rayman 2 or Donkey Kong Land II on my brothers' gameboy. I don't know which I played first.
 
Super Mario Bros. for the NES. I was only like 5 months old because my parents got me an NES at that time. Why buy a baby a video game system? I don't know. Then again maybe I was actually 1. All I know is I have very early memories of play SMB and I was very young and I was awful at it and that's because I was probably 1.
 
The one I most remember playing was Aladdin for the SNES... I wasn't allowed to play it very much because I couldn't read, and was constantly asking my mum to come in and read me what people were saying! But I'm sure I also played Super Mario World as well. We also had Mario Paint, and when I was older Yoshi's Island, Mario Kart and the Donkey Kongs.
 
Either Sonic Chronicles, New Super Mario Bros., Mario Kart DS or Club Penguin on DS whixh probably makes you think my first console was a DS but I got my PSP first
 
Not sure but probably Pokemon Blue on a GBA SP when I was 6, heck I didn't know how to save on the first playthrough. That or some other GBA game like Superstar Saga or the Advance series Mario games. I also liked to watch people play GCN games like MK:DD and Colosseum.?
 
Oh man...um I remember having an NES with a few games actually..as lame as it sounds Super Mario Bros./ Duck Hunt was my first game (I had an nes during the time the SNES was already a thing). I think I was around 5 or 6 at the time. I got my games from a small second hand store since I grew up in a poor household so these games were far from new. I remember playing a small handful of games regularly which included

  • Super Mario Bros./ Duck Hunt
  • Super Mario Bros. 2 USA
  • Super Mario Bros. 3
  • Duck Tales
  • Zelda 2
I got a Super Nintendo shortly after from what I can remember. With two of my favorite addictions Yoshi's Island and Super Mario Kart.
 
gran turismo for the ps1, man do I miss my ps1. Everyone else had ps2's and gamecube's while I had a ps1, I didnt mind though.
