What was your most epic fail in a video game?

-Losing a Street Fighter match with someone who doesn't even know how to play (just presses one button & jumps around)
-Getting killed by chickens & a gold skulltula (those things don't even attack you directly) in OoT

I had 20 bucks on my Steam account and wanted to buy either Krater or Torchlight 2, but couldn't decide, so I flipped a coin. Heads meant Krater, tails meant Torchlight. I got four heads in a row, so I figured someone must really, really want me to buy Krater and then I did. It didn't run on my computer.

I had some bad disaster on Mario Kart Double Dash yesterday. I was coming in the top four (can't remember where exactly I was placed) and closing in on the finish line of Luigi's Circuit on 150 CC. Thre my Yoshi Egg. Somehow the stupid thing charged up the banked turn, I got in front of it thanks to a powerslide, it homes right on me and knocks me out. I restarted the GP, several racers zipped right past.

I then totally failed the Flower Cup, getting no further then the third race before screwing everything up and having to restart. I never finished it last night. After several tries, I decided my fate on Double Dash for the night was sealed so I gave it up.
