Which would make you quit a job easier?

Work conditions made me quit my last job. Not only was it a factory job with no air conditioning, before I quit we had a guy who kept getting away with treating others like crap. Since he was going to retire soon the managers just kept telling us "You only have to deal with him a few more months" and shruged off what he was doing. If anyone else was treating others the way he was, they would have been suspended.
