Who (besides Ninty) would have good hands to trust the Zelda IP with?

If *cough* Other M is any indication, Nintendo is fine with outsourcing their IPs to developers they deem competent enough. Who do you guys think would be fit making the next Zelda game? My choices would go to

Vanillaware
Dem character designs, Dat gameplay
From Software
A Dark Souls style Zelda game? Sign me up! And hey, 3D Dot Game Heroes was great, too.
Retro Studios
If Metroid Prime shows anything, they have a true understanding of Immersion and they sweat the details. Besides, Zelda could use some western influence.

Capcom, man. They did a fantastic job with Minish Cap, and I'd actually like to see them tackle another Zelda game.

Don't forget about the GBC Oracle of Seasons/Ages, which collectively are my favorite handheld Zelda (Actually playing through Seasons again now). Capcom has proven to be more than capable of delivering solid Zelda experiences. Like said above, Minish Cap was quite the solid game too. I'd be fine with another joint effort with them involved. However, if Nintendo wants to keep the license to themselves, I'm good with that too...just don't give us another Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks heh.

(Rant) (Just a note, I liked the gameplay of those two, but the plot was lackluster and the fact there was industrial-era technology really bugged me. Yes I get it's in the future, but Zelda is medieval, darn it! You don't go from having no sort of tech that we would consider modern (Wind Waker) to steam powered boats (PH) to trains in 200 years! It took us substantially longer, and in a game that provides solid medieval era gameplay while making the time era seem legit, I don't want to see this random tech crap peeking in.) (End rant)

Capcom is the only one I trust. I mean they made great Zelda games. I guess Retro Studios did ok on DKC, but I don't really turst them making a 3D Zelda game. They've still yet to really impress me.

Miyamoto already stated that Retro would be the perfect fit to handle a non-Nintendo Zelda console game. But he will NEVER let any western studio handle the story and music. With that on the table is almost impossible for Retro to make a Zelda game unless they open a temporary studio in Japan and work closely with Nintendo over there.

I would like to see Capcom develop a Zelda Game. I'm asumming Nintendo would still write the plot, no matter who actually makes the game. also, Dat MT Framework.
