I do, it is a bitch move intended to break a person's defense in a pending physical fight.
I had a bully that always relied on that and he tried me one day and it only partially worked because I backed away from the blow, but his finger tips caught the brim of my glasses and knocked them off, which pissed me off because glasses are expensive.. and I tore his ass up.. all it took was a quick jab and he was down for a nap.
