Well, I'm obviously not voting for anyone, since I'm not American. But for those who are from the US, who you voting for?

Are you someone who wants to see Donald Trump in the Whitehouse? A dedicated Bernie Sanders or Hilary Clinton voter? Someone who's voting for some one in a million chance independent?

Who are you voting for in the US presidential election 2016?

I hate all of them with a great passion. I could go on for hours about why I hate them all, but if John Kasich made it, I'd vote for him only because I'm from Ohio.

However, there's a huge chance I'll vote independent because when the country goes to hell and everyone's like, "Those damn Trump voters," or "Those Sanders/Clinton voters ruined the country." I can proudly say, "I didn't vote for any of those dolts."

I'm pretty sound in the Idk not trump tho camp. I voted Sanders in my state's primary, though I would be fine with either Sanders or Clinton. It was more a show-of-support vote, not a I-seriously-belive-this-candidate-will-win vote.

Sanders all the way! Clinton is as crooked as they come, can't fathom any well informed person voting for her. Trump is too bombastic and fear mongering, but I do enjoy the fact that he is not a politician and freely speaks his mind.

If it comes down to Hillary vs Trump, I'd lean towards Trump.

I currently am not sure who I support. Very few of them stand for things I care about. Sanders seems to be more concerned with dividing up people for the sake of politics (white people have no idea what its like to be poor?) Hilary seems pretty untrustable, and in the same group of dividing everyone up. Trump stands for a few things I care about, supposedly. Though not long ago he said the exact opposite : p And Ive heard bad things about Cruz and Unions that I dont support at all. So I am not comfortable with a single one of them atm. I probly wont even vote this year, tbh : p Will just hope for the best.

Eh, he was talking about people stuck in ghettos which tends to be black people.

From what Ive heard, there are more white people beneath the poverty line in the US than black people. By ratio, the percentage of black people under the poverty line is higher than white people, but as a solid figure there are more white people, due to the fact there there are more white people in the US than black people.

This would prove that white people know what it is to be poor. I can say with all honesty that I do not come from a well off family, and that growing up we were beneath that line, too. So that was a really stupid comment to make : p And it kinda shows my current view on the democratic party. They are really working this division thing for the sake of political gain. Pushing racial, gender and sexuality issues as much as they can in order to lead people to them.

I currently dont have alot of trust in the democratic party. I dont have much trust in the republican party either : p So I cant really find any candidates that I can passionately support in this race.

White people definitely know what it's like to be poor - until VERY recently (less than one year ago). I lived in conditions so bad most Americans could not even imagine. I had no running water. The house was literally falling apart with holes in the floors. As for electricity, we powered the entire thing with extension cords running to one or two outlets - can you say fire hazard. Because of the holes in the floor we had mice. We also had no heat in the winter which is VERY cold here - (Last year we had minus 40 Farenheit with windchill.). The cold and dampness also led to black mold - health hazard. Had to join a gym just to use their shower. Couldn't cook at home either since couldn't afford propane and the lack of running water meant we couldn't wash or prepare food propperly so had to eat unhealthy / cheap fast food and/or tv dinners (microwave worked.).

Luckily, we bought a new home a few months ago and are somewhat back on track - it didn't come with appliances so we're still just using toaster ovens and microwaves and storing the food in a mini fridge, but all of the other problems are fixed. :)

Had to live for 2-3 years though in those horrible conditions. There are probably more Americans than you think who don't have basic "necessities"

As for who I'd vote for, Bernie all the way.

Voted Sanders in the Illinois primary but will vote Clinton in the general. Don't want Trump or Cruz anywhere near the presidency.

Clinton isn't my favorite, but her voting record was marginally less liberal than Sanders' and to the left of Obama's. Tired of other Sanders supporters doing the work attacking her for the GOP, honestly.
