I don't like schools in japan to be honest, real life japan is very different.

To be honest....their timings are good....
But cram schools and stuff are so not for me though....without those things anime schools are better ^^

They are very disciplined like they are treating students already like an adult whose working from 9 - 5 and like a robot.

I think school in Japan is more harder than work.
I work in company with relaxing feel, when it become evening, we making many joke together. (´・ω・｀)

Company life in Japan is same as in other country: big work, easy work, etc. is depend in each company, not country.
