Will department stores always have a car product section for motor oil, tires, car paint wax, etc?

I feel there would still be a section of a department store like Wal-Mart which sell car related products like motor oil, tires, car paint wax, and batteries.

But, some department stores may stop selling some car related products like tires, motor oil, and batteries if most of their customers don't own a car, or are not interested in maintaining their car themselves.

More car owners may go to a store dedicated to selling car products like car wax and parts store, Amazon, eBay, and their local car dealer to buy car products like tires for their car.

They will go to a store that is specialized in selling car products because the seller has more knowledge on it. Because they are specialized in it and properly educated in car products.

I agree, it is best to go to a car parts store which specialized in car products since the seller should know more about the product.

Well, for people who live in countries that have these departmental stores believe that, they are very handy.
I don't think we have them here but it would be nice to have them in here as well.

I hope they continue to maintain that section.

I agree department stores can be very useful for people. I like that department stores sell a lot of things like food, electronics, school and office supplies, books, toys, electronics, so I can save time by buying most of the things I want to buy at one store.

Unless cars become a thing of the past, then yes.

I think most of the car products like car paint wax, car wash soap, air fresheners, washer fluids and some car motor oils sold at department stores can be re-labeled for other forms of transportations like buses, boats, and motorcycle.

But, if most people take the bus and train like in parts of Asia, department stores may stop selling car products.
