Well, will it? Because the scenery in that boss level looks a lot like a circus, and it makes me wonder whether Nintendo is going to be introducing levels based around that theme.
So is this an indication we might be seeing circus themed levels in Mario 3D World? I hope so, the series is long overdue for some more interesting, unique world themes. And hey, these remind me of that level from Wario World, Wonky Circus I think.
I'd be thrilled to see some new world themes with 3D World. It's long overdue. The circus theme seems pretty fun, and there might be other new themes, like spooky or space or something.

I wanna see things we would never expect.
Like the Mario Zone from Super Mario Land 2

Speaking of Mario Land: For a game that called itself Super Mario 3D LAND there sure wasn't much stuff from the Mario LAND games in it.
For a company that relies on nostalgia it really confuses me why they have been ignoring Mario Land 1 and 2 until now. They only focused on Mario Bros. 3 and World. It's kind of a bummer, really.
