Will it use an Evolution Stone like Fire-Stone Flareon, a Shard like a Moon Shard for Umbreon or a Rock like the Ice-Rock for Glaceon?

Ehh I say Rock. They're out of times of day, and it just seems more likely. Though I'm having trouble picturing a Fairy-Rock. If it does use a stone all bets are on Moon Stone for me.

What do you think? :)
 
I think it might be with some special rock the Pokemon comes in contact with like what you do to get Glaceon and Leafeon. I'm not to sure though.

Maybe none of the above? Maybe this Pokemon Amie thing has something to do with it instead? Or a new DNA splicer type game mechanic?

That'd be awesome. But to add something like that some other Pokemon must use it :D Which is also awesome.

Well, when they came out with Rocks there was 2 of them. When they came out with Shards there was 2 of them. But with Stones they could do it 1 by 1. Soooo. I'm betting it's NOT a Rock x)

This makes a lot of sense, and I think it's a great idea too....

That sounds like you could accidentally get an Umbreon or Espeon. 0_o
