Will the Xbox 360 Kinect work with Xbox One?

When I got my Xbox 360, it came with a Kinect. Now that I heard it's being discontinued though, I'm going to look into buying an Xbox One but I still want to be able to use Kinect. Am I going to be able to use the same one or is there another version that I'd have to buy specifically for the Xbox One?
 
I don't own one, but I'm very positive that you will need to buy a Xbox One version Kinect.

I figured that would be the case. I guess there's a plus side to it though, since the Kinect is probably improved. I had some issues with the Kinect and certain games.
